Common actions are available directly in the app. Follow the steps below.

Delete a meeting

Open the saved meeting, scroll to “Delete meeting” and confirm. You can also use the delete action on the meeting row in the list. The app removes the local copy and syncs the deletion to Cloud if syncing is enabled and a connection is available. Calendar events already exported must be managed separately.

Export or save a meeting

In the meeting list, use “Share” on the meeting row, then choose where to save or send the Markdown file. It contains the title, date and, where present, the summary, participants, supplementary information, actions, planning items and full transcript. A separate transcript-only export is also available in the transcript view.

Delete my account

In Settings, tap “Delete my account” and confirm both steps. First export any meetings you want to keep. Deletion removes active account content and Cloud meetings and revokes sessions. Deleted meetings are not restored. Manage your Apple subscription separately in the App Store. Minimal information may remain for the one-time introductory offer, still-valid paid rights, a refund or a legal obligation.

What data does Meeting Maestro process?

Account data: Apple sign-in identifier; technical account, installation and session identifiers; creation date; offer and period; quota use; verified purchases; Pack balance; AI sharing permission; and technical security data. The current app does not request the Apple name or email address, and the backend does not fill these profile fields during sign-in. “My account data” lets you view the account fields exposed by the service when available in your app version.

Meeting content: audio and initial transcription on the device. No audio is sent to AKLEOL or the AI provider. If you enable Cloud, saved structured meeting data syncs with AKLEOL. If you request AI analysis, the text is sent for that analysis. See the privacy policy for details.

What remains after account deletion?

A pseudonymised marker separate from meeting content may remain to prevent another introductory offer. Minimal commercial information may remain to restore a still-valid subscription or Pack balance, handle a refund or meet a legal obligation. No meeting content is kept to check introductory offer eligibility.
