The AKLEOL website uses no advertising tracker, third-party audience measurement tool or non-essential cookie.

Language preference

When you use the language selector, a strictly functional cookie stores your FR or EN choice for up to one year. It is not used for tracking and no IP-based geolocation is performed.

Contact by email

The public website has no contact form. If you write to contact@akleol.com, AKLEOL uses your message and contact details solely to respond to your enquiry.

Retention

Messages received at this address for ordinary enquiries are retained for up to three years after the last exchange. Where correspondence is connected with a contractual relationship, a legal obligation, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, certain information may be retained for longer where necessary or required.

No marketing use

Messages received at this address are not used for marketing. Retention is reviewed periodically and manually; this policy does not claim that an automated deletion system exists.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to the processing of your personal data by writing to contact@akleol.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Technical logs

Strictly necessary technical logs may be retained for website security and operation. The website does not receive the content of your email.
